As part of their annual Partners Meeting, Holland & Knight LLP partnered with LMH Experiences to design and produce a thoughtfully curated Wellness Lounge activation — a dedicated retreat within the broader conference agenda where attendees could pause, unwind, and recharge.
Located at the luxurious JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, the lounge was designed to elevate the traditional conference environment by incorporating mindful moments and immersive wellness experiences into the fabric of a corporate event.
The Experience
With attendee well-being in mind, LMH Experiences handled the full corporate event planning and execution of the space — from layout and furnishings to curated programming and logistics. The result was a tranquil, elevated escape designed to balance the high-energy flow of meetings with calming, restorative offerings.
