Meet Lauren

Lauren McSorley is a Co-Founder and the “LM” of LMH Experiences. With over fifteen years of experience in the events industry, Lauren has built her career around the power of connection — using events as a vehicle to tell compelling stories that bring brands, teams, and content to life.

She believes that the best events don’t just check a box — they tell a story. Lauren is passionate about crafting experiences that feel authentic, engaging, and unforgettable.

Lives in… Leeds, England

Family… husband John + two sons Alistair and Parker + a Cockapoo named Maple Syrup

Hobbies… Traveling, rock climbing, yoga, all the food + being outdoors with my family!

Mary Hanna is the Co-Founder and the “MH” of LMH Experiences. She is passionate about building lasting client relationships and believes the best events begin with understanding what matters most to each organization.

Mary enjoys turning ideas into seamless, memorable experiences that leave attendees feeling energized, connected, and inspired. After nine years in education, she brought her strengths in leadership, organization, and thoughtful planning to the events industry.

Today, she works with companies to create strategic experiences that strengthen relationships, build community, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Lives in… Roscoe Village, Chicago

Family… husband James, son Will, daughter Sophie + a giant golden doodle named Oliver

Hobbies… Hosting themed parties, planning the next vacation + discovering new fonts (no seriously, that’s a thing!)
